WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

INITIAL MEETING & VISION

This is the step where we get to know you and your business, what your hopes and dreams are, and we start getting a feel for what you want. If you don’t know yet, that’s OK! We’re really good at helping people figure out what they want to do. Our initial meeting can be either in person or via video chat.

STORY BOARD

This is the part of the process where we sketch out the framework of the video and talk about the big picture of the video: what the aesthetics are, what do the visuals look like, what’s the tone, who is in it, what locations will we use, etc. These decisions set the stage for a great video. Great planning makes for a great video.

SCHEDULING

Now that we’ve made the framework for the video, it’s time to figure out when we’re going to shoot.

FILMING

This is the fun part! Now that all the planning and prepping have been done we go on location and start filming.

EDITING/POST PRODUCTION

After we’re done filming our team will take all the footage and start piecing it together.

REVIEW

Once we have something that we’re happy with, we’ll send you a draft of the video for your feedback. You start watching it over a couple of days and start making a list of the things you love, the things you’d like to see changed, etc.

FINAL EDITS

Once you’ve gotten all your revisions to us in a single e-mail, we’ll start making the final changes requested.

DELIVERY

Now that we’ve gotten all the changes implemented and you have a video you love, we’ll deliver the final video to you.

LET IT FLY

Once you love the final video, it’s time to share it with the world. Unsure about how to best do that? We can help you come up with a great marketing plan!
